Menu Plan Monday

Our menu last week didn’t go by the book. Some days we had leftovers, or we had something come up that prevented us from doing that particular dinner. So some things with a “LW” on it might look a bit familiar, as I just carried them over from last week (get it? “LW” = last week). It helps save us on our grocery bill, stretches things out for us, no biggie.

Also, let me just say, for those of you who might have seen it last week’s menu, the chocolate pie I had planned for Valentine’s Day was OMG.the.absolute.best.thing.ever.made. in the history of ever. Ever. EVER! {composes oneself} It needed it’s own entry as to why I gained a pound, when the Wii Fit asked me why I’d gained. Uh, Pioneer Woman’s Chocolate Pie isn’t an option for the answer? Damn!

So, taking into account some repeated entries, and my overall laziness with breakfasts in not making the promised baked goodies for my kids – you’ll see some repeats. But I made up for it, bigtime, with that chocolate pie. Oh yes, yes I did, alright.
