Easy Air Fryer Beef Empanadas Recipe

Brown your ground beef in a large skillet.

Add your taco seasoning to the beef in the pan

Add onions and garlic to the meat.

Add salsa and tomato paste to the seasoned beef.

Add additional seasonings and stir well.

Take two crescent triangles at a time and lay them on the cutting board.

Use a rolling pin to seal the crescents together to make one rectangle to work with!

Cut the crescent rectangles in half.

Add the meat mixture and a pinch of shredded cheese - do not overfill!

Fold one half over the other and roll the ends upward pinching together as you go.

Use a fork to crimp the folded edges down like a pie crust.

Place in your air fryer on parchment paper.

Bake until golden brown!
