Using your hands, work all ingredients together, mixing until all ingredients are well combined and blended.
Scoop out the meat mixture by the tablespoonful and roll tightly into a ball.
Place each meatball into the bowl of the slow cooker, rolling each meatball in the sauce until it is completely coated. Meatballs may be stacked if they do not fit into one layer, just be sure to coat them well first!
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring halfway through and again at the end before serving.
Turn your slow cooker to low or buffet when serving.
