Looking for a fun and simple recipe to serve at a holiday party? Check out this deliciously easy Christmas Popcorn recipe with marshmallows and jelly beans!
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or use a silicone baking mat and set aside.
Pour popped popcorn into an extra large bowl and set aside.
Add chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl - microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Pour melted chocolate mixture in large bowl of popcorn. Use a spatula to gently fold all ingredients together - until popcorn is evenly coated.
Once the popcorn is covered in chocolate, pour it onto lined cookie sheet.
Before you set it aside to set, you can decide whether you want to top with the additional toppings now (while it's not set) or add it later. If you add it now, it'll stick to the chocolate/peanut butter. If you add later, it's like trail mix! Whichever one you choose, allow the popcorn to set for at least 30 minutes.
Serve in individual bowls! And if you didn't add the toppings before, add them now! Garnish generously with jelly beans, walnuts, and mini marshmallows. Enjoy this holiday treat!
