Ingredients
1
cup
flour
¼
cup
high quality cocoa powder
1
tsp
baking soda
½
tsp
salt
1
egg
¾
sugar
¼
cup
brown sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
3
ounces
semi-sweet chocolate
melted and cooled down
1
stick butter
softened
¾
cups
caramel chips
¾
cups
green M&M chocolate-covered candies
Instructions
In a
small bowl
, use a
sifter
and sift together all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a
medium-sized bowl
, cream together egg and both sugars. Add
vanilla extract
and stir.
Add melted
semi-sweet chocolate
and softened
butter
into wet ingredients and mix.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold until a soft cookie dough forms.
Fold in
caramel chips
and
green M&M chocolate covered candies
.
Cover bowl with
plastic wrap
and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove cookie dough from refrigerator. Line a
baking sheet
with
parchment paper
or a
silicone baking mat
.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll out cookie dough balls, about 1-inch in diameter each. Set gently on lined baking sheet, placing them about 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool on a
wire rack
before serving. Enjoy!
