(After having just watched a commercial that featured a cat in it, here’s her response to it.)
Toddler: “Ooh, mommy! I wike dittie tats.”
Me: “Oh yeah?”
Toddler: “Yeah. I wike them, betuz dey (because they) are mean, and nummy.”
Me: “What?!”
Toddler: “I wove dem (love them). Ditty tats are nummy. And mean. And nummy.”
Me: ….
Um, cats are mean and yummy?! Should I be afraid? ‘Cuz yeah, I totally am.
P.S Thank goodness this conversation was at home, and not in public.
P.P.S. She doesn’t actually call them “dittie” tats. Replace the D with a T. {ahem}
