Pumpkin Yogurt Dip
With back-to-school in full swing, with our busy schedules back in action and our lazy, carefree summer in the rearview, I need to grab a snack (or meal) and have it be easy. Now that fall is here, though, I crave all things autumn – pumpkin, apple, carrot. I try to incorporate these into EVERYTHING this time of year – they’re easy-to-eat, seasonal, and taste delicious!
Pumpkin Yogurt Dip Recipe
We recently took a trip to Walmart to stock up on snack-y goodies, and we picked up some Yoplait Greek 100 Whips to have on hand (shown above is our Walmart snack “haul”). I was craving a protein-packed snack, and their yogurt selection was quite extensive.
While in the yogurt aisle, I picked up the kids’ favorites – Yoplait Gogurts. They love those things, especially frozen – it provides an icy cool treat during the summer, is easier to eat than normal, and it’s a better choice than ice cream! I wanted to see what flavors they had in the whips, though, for a fun fall-inspired dip recipe to enjoy with my fruit for a fun and easy protein-packed snack.
I picked up the Coconut Macaroon and the Strawberry Cheesecake. I thought the Coconut Macaroon would work well with the pumpkin dip recipe I wanted to create. (And OH BOY, did it ever!)
Look at how marvelously light these whipped yogurts are, oh my gosh!
My pumpkin yogurt dip doesn’t require a ton of ingredients, or effort. Easy-peasy is the way I like it, don’t you? 😉
How to Make Pumpkin Yogurt Dip
Combine the ingredients together in a small bowl, whisk it all together, and BAM! Get your cut-up fruit ready, it’s dippin’ time!
The kids LOOOOOOOOVED this! They’re already yogurt fiends, but this? My Baby Dude said it was “The bestest!”
I did my best to resist eating it by the spoonful, ha! Look at those beautiful spices in there! So perfect for fall!
Want to make this yourself? Here’s the recipe:
Pumpkin Yogurt Dip

- 1 heaping tablespoon pumpkin puree
- dash cinnamon
- dash clove
- dash pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
- Can be served immediately, but it’s better if chilled for a couple hours before serving (to let the flavors meld).
