Ever see those frozen meatballs in your grocer’s freezer? Those tight, perfect little meatballs that don’t fall apart while cooking them? I want that! I want to make meatballs that are adorably cute and, should I decide to slow cook them, they won’t break apart easily.
I make everything myself, most times, but my meatball skills, are lacking. While tasty, they often have cracks, break apart, and just look like crumbling balls of yumminess on a plate. I want pretty, people!
Does anyone have a way of making ‘tight’ meatballs?? (that is.. without giggling insanely to yourself, or computer screen) 😉
