My toddler likes to shake her butt and dance to music. She is also all girl, complete with girly squeaks and such, but sure likes to get just as messy with the boys, just like me.
My 8-, almost 9-year-old, is not only the spitting image of me, but his mannerisms are like mine. He picks up things quickly, wants to take on the world, chews his fingernails (which I’ve been doing well with this past year!), doesn’t ever want to stop learning, and has a caring heart, just like me.
My 4-year-old is gentle, but sometimes explosive with his emotions, feeling things quite deeply, wanting to read and cuddle all the time, and also loves to bake, just like me.
My teenager goes between wanting to be a teacher and a chef when she ‘grows up’, and is becoming more girly-ish by the day, shrugging off some of her baby-ness to her with every growth spurt. She’s into crafts, sewing and drawing, just like me.
My 8-year-old daughter loves to write and draw, all day long. She also loves to be outside and be in the garden. She’s a girly girl, but can oh so get dirty all the time, and hangs with the boys just as hard as they hang, playing football, climbing trees, just like me
My 2-month-old, well, he’s still teeny yet, but there are so many times I look at him and see my baby pictures at his age. Plus, he seems to have dark hair! Yes! So it won’t be just me and my almost-9-year-old as the darkies of the house anymore! He’s such a good baby, loves cuddles and laughing and is just happy to see his family all the time, just like me.
