Halloween 2014

Halloween 2014 was a success! We’d planned and shopped and it went wonderfully! Baby V wasn’t nearly as afraid as we’d suspected she would be (except of Jeremy, can you believe it? He couldn’t be a pirate because she was afraid!) Turns out, his not being a pirate may have been a blessing in disguise (pun unintended). Having him be the Gibbs to my Abby was pretty awesome.

We had DiNozzo, too 🙂

Here’s our happy costumed gang all dressed up and ready to trick-or-treat.

Here’s my full Abby costume. The bangs weren’t exactly the perfect color, but they were fun to wear. I truly loved walking down the street and seeing Abby in the my shadow instead of my normal reflection. I really love the way she dresses, her confidence, and I feel some of her aura beamed through me as I wore it. It felt somewhat empowering. We got nothing but compliments, everyone loves watching NCIS.
