6 weeks!! How have you been doing in getting things done? For me, I’ve been doing really well with this! Spring cleaning is a thing of the past for me, and hopefully never again will I ever do it the hard way by doing it all at once, as expected! This list allows me to take on one, two, or a few things a week, breaking it all up, and not overwhelming myself.
I know my lists seem huge, but really, it’s just me making them detailed so that I don’t overlook something, even if it is something I do everyday, regardless. If you notice, I really break down each my days, and even give myself two chore-days off (other than daily stuff that always gets done – vacuuming, dishes, laundry, etc). With this list staring me down everyday, if I haven’t checked off a chore, it’s staring me in the face for the next day, forcing me to get it done, you know? That challenge of it being there, taunting me, c’mon, cross me off! Love it!
Also, even if the room is practically clean and it’s the day I’m supposed to clean it, I’ll give it another clean anyway. Helps me build that habit up and ensure it’s done, you know?
I finally feel like my head is on straight again, or almost there (it sure has been a while)! My house has never looked better and felt more under control! Unfortunately, since being sick, I’ve been noticing how drop-dead tired I’ve been this week, too, which hasn’t helped me. I’m kind of out of whack as of late, so I apologize if I didn’t urge you on better, for those of you participating. Hopefully my tiredness will be gone and things will be back to normal this week. I must say, I crossed off some major tasks this week, and have gotten this house practically under control. Woohoo!
I have some big news regarding housing and such, which required this house to be super-tip top, too. I will save the news for an upcoming post, I promise!
So, for week 6, back to the regular list for me (that table thing was SO difficult with NO SPACES!), here’s what I have:

Let’s continue to cross items off our list as we go and help support each other in completing our lists! Don’t forget my useful HTML tutorial on how to effectively “cross-out” or “check off” your items on your to-do list!
