Last week’s list was pitiful, wasn’t it? But much needed- I’m good, feeling much better, and back on track, ready to rock! This week we’ve got a lot of preparation and such going on. I leave next week for New York for the Ninja Launch with Robin Miller and North Carolina for Type-A Mom Conference with baby dude, and there’s a lot to get accomplished before I go!
Clean the back yard up and sweep (if the rain stops long enough!)
Get a couple fall-weather plants, maybe?
Begin packing list for trips
Finalize travel plans
Grocery shopping/coupons/list
Continue cleaning out closets and boxing up items to donate/sell
Work on the “while mom’s away..” chart/planner/scheduleStaying on my diet all week long!*
Work out at least 30-60 minutes everyday!*
Run 4 times a week at least
Use exercise ball everyday
Use hoop everyday (can’t wait to talk more about this!)
*Haven’t weighed myself since the other day, but will tomorrow morning for the Shrinking Jeans challenge.
Today’s motivation – live! I was deeply saddened to hear of Patrick Swayze’s passing, and after reading about all he continued to do, even while fighting his disease and seeking treatment, I felt inspired to do more with myself and my life, too. Make sure that, even in the hustle and bustle of your every day norm, that you find time to do at least one thing you love for 20 or more minutes. You’d be surprised how much good doing that will do for you and for your outlook on life. Get out and LIVE!
My prayers go out to Patrick’s family and friends.
