Is it just me or are these weeks flying by?? It’s MARCH already!?! How’d that happen? Wasn’t Christmas just yesterday?
This week was yet another crazy week, where we had lots of soccer happen and other such happenings pop up, which pushed meals off a bit. Or I ran out of flour, which prevented some things from getting done (bagels… AGAIN). Or a ton of leftovers (hello Kate’s Pizza bread – I doubled the recipe, and it not only rocked our socks, it made A TON! I wholly suggest trying it for yourself!)
For this week, we have yet another busy week of soccer-induced craziness, along with home projects for me I’ll be discussing tomorrow for To-Do Tuesday and Tackle It Tuesday, along with later in the week.

- bbq chicken legs, cheesy baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, biscuits (LW)
Tuesday
- pancakes
- ravioli
- bbq beef brisket, smashed potatoes, california vegetables (LW)
Wednesday
- waffles
- grilled cheese
- spaghetti, peas, cheesy garlic bread
Thursday
- french toast
- macaroni and cheese
- burgers and dogs, fries, corn on the cob
- sausage rolls
- leftovers
- appetizers for stay-at-home movie night – pizza dip, spinach & artichoke dip, bread dippers, wings, raw veggies, cheeses
Saturday – games
- take-your-pick (should have ample stockpile)
- gourmet sandwiches, chips, veg
- marinated steak, homemade fries, corn on cob
Sunday
- bagels (LW)
- hot dog macaroni & cheese casserole (cut up hot dogs, mac & cheese, vegetables all stirred into one dish)
- enchiladas
Monday
- homemade cinnamon buns
- grilled cheese
- roast chicken, smashed potatoes, carrots, biscuits
Tuesday
- eggs
- chicken nuggets
- alfredo, garlic bread, california vegetables
