YOU GUYS!!! I’m legit sad the kids are going back to school! Sure, working uninterrupted is nice, but I miss those adorable baby bodies and I love hanging out with my kiddos and swimming! While they’re not huge fans of waking up in the morning, they are fans of seeing their friends, having 3 recesses (yes, really), and all the school-like fun they get to have when they’re gone for 6+ hours a day. Ingredients Needed to Make Heart Eyes Emoji Cupcakes

In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together butter, confectioners’ sugar and milk on slow speed.

Icing Ingredients for Heart Eyes Emoji Cupcakes

Gradually increase the speed to high. Once the ingredients are well-combined and form semi-stiff peaks, the buttercream is ready.

Frost Cupcakes to Make Heart Eyes Emoji Cupcakes

Frost each cupcake using an offset spatula.

Roll out the yellow fondant until it’s about a quarter of an inch thick.
